Do you charge any late fees?

Depending on the state you reside in, you may incur late fees or non-sufficient funds fees.

Late fee: 4% of the past due amount, not to exceed $30

  • If you are a resident of Oregon, Pennsylvania or Vermont, we do not charge late fees
  • If you are a resident of Missouri, the fee will not exceed $5
  • If you are a resident of Illinois or Wisconsin, the fee will not exceed $10
  • If you are a resident of Colorado or Tennessee, the fee will not exceed $15 

 

NSF (non-sufficient funds) or returned payment fee: $25

  • If you are a resident of Washington, D.C., North Carolina, Ohio, Vermont or West Virginia, we do not charge a returned payment fee.
  • If you are a resident of Maryland or Wisconsin, the fee will not exceed $15
  • If you are a resident of Connecticut, the fee will not exceed $20

 

Collection and default charges: In the event of a default, there may be additional charges as permitted under applicable law.
